I was wondering...

If you do a right click over a Google ad and copy the URL shortcut and paste it into your Browser and hit return then the web page opens up as extected....BUT....does this count as a click for the publisher of that ad?

I agree with you and Doublespark, it seems they are just getting stricter, but it all boils down to Google displaying unique content and ads for their consumers, it wouldn't be good busness to display one company on adwords just because they can afford to dominate those keywords they selected..........variety must be the way. I've been working with James Brausch who has a great product to help write adwords copy and compares them, ensuring they are unique.

Great post and interesting points, thank you.

Great article, I cannot see a change in Googles policies. Maybe they will just be stricter on this?.

FYI - Barry at Seroundtable has come to the same conclusion.
