Actually i’d say their sponsored results are generally more reliable than their organic listings…

Hold On does that also mean that the sponsored ads displayed for a specific keyword may not be the ad one’s looking for?

MSN Search is slightly better in the US, but not by much. A search often turns up completely irrelevant results with the PPC ads to match.

Agreed, they get such small volume and can they wonder why?

Even a search for ‘Facebook’ (a company they even hold a stake in!) returns a sub domain of the site for developers first, the homepage in 4th.
