An interesting development which came from the Google roundtable meeting in London yesterday was that Google are looking at introducing an predicted average CPC bid alongside the Max CPC bidding system already in place in Adwords.

The theory behind this is that it will provide advertisers with much greater control over the actual cpc they pay for a keyword rather trying to control the average bid through the max cpc you are prepared to pay to.

No exact details on release, but expect to hear news soon with a rough release in Q1/2 of ’07.
